This cardinal was sitting in the tree & was perfect for a beautiful photo. but by the time I got my camera he was gone. I did catch him in the grass later but no way is this the beautiful pic I envisioned when he was in the tree

I am calling this park in the back of my house fitness. It is a ten minute walk & that is all I can manage with my back problem.Also my grandkids go there instead of watching movies urged by their mother to get out & enjoy life & not sit infront of a tv all the time. The kids always have a good time there & come back full of life & energy & hungry lololol

My lilac tree is right out side my bedroom window & it smells so wonderful.I have lilac bouquets in several rooms in the house. My daughter took some home to her house. My neighbors have come to get some.I wish the lilac smell would last al summer & fall but alas they are only in bloom for a very shhort time.
